Welcome to the New Aspen Hills Web page. I would like to thank Tim Housman our HOA Secretary for taking time out of his busy schedule to prepare this for us.
This page will be the main source of communications between our HOA committee and the residents of Aspen Hills. As you navigate through the page you will already notice how to contact us by email and the HOA pay site where you will be able to pay your dues online once you setup your account. Wes Berry the HOA treasurer will post how this system works as soon as we get everything up and running.
I would also like to thank Ruth Cook for taking on the treasurer position for many years and was instrumental in the running of Aspen Hills. We have made a few upgrades in the addition at the playground and the front entrance which will be updated in the spring.
Once again welcome to our web page and it’s great to have a source of electronic information to get to everyone. We realize there are some in this addition that do not utilize the internet or email and we will be coming up with a way to communicate with them. There will not be any flyers placed in mailboxes putting out information. It is costly and time consuming.
