Aspen Hills is located on the Northwest side of the Oklahoma City metro area between Northwest Expressway and Wilshire Blvd. The neighborhood comprises less than 150 houses, with neighboring developments, a school, supermarket, fire department, and other local shops within easy walking distance.
Development began in the late 1990's and the Homeowners Association was establish in 2006. Membership in the HOA is mandatory for all homeowners. Fees are modest and paid yearly.
