2023 is fast approaching which means we will be mailing out invoices for your 2023 Annual Dues in early January of 2023. If you have a valid e-mail on file with Aspen Hills HOA then you will receive the invoice as an E-Mail Attachment as well. You can optionally pay online using the PayHOA.COM portal. If you pay with a Debit/Credit card there is a Service Fee from our Secured Payment Provider of 2.9% of payment amount plus $0.30 Cents. That would be $4.65 if you are paying the 2023 Annual Dues of $150.00.

ATT is now installing the new fiber network system in our addition. I had mine done 11/08/2022 at no additional cost. I have noticed a big difference in my network speed, and it added to my DVR recording space if you have ATT. They will be notifying people in the very near future.
Aspen Hills residents need to be very vigilant right now because of thefts going on in the area. Please make sure you lock your vehicles if you park outside and secure your homes locking your doors and setting your alarms. Contact authorities if you notice anything suspicious.
